Let’s talk about the MEPRA’s for a moment. What a night! Celebrating each other, cheering on the best work, lifting up the industry. It wasn’t the ceiling, it’s the new benchmark. Along with lots and lots and lots of gold!

Well done to everyone, but especially proud of my team (present or otherwise!) who blew it out of the park this year.

November and December flew by with a whirlwind of events, conferences, and awards ceremonies. Notably, the .space awards were unforgettable. What an incredible night celebrating the strides our region has made in workplace mental health! There’s still progress to be made, and perfection isn’t the goal, but it’s clear we’ve come a long way. was recognised with three trophies for our ELEMENTS programme, which supports five key areas for mental health. Thanks , you’re a legend, your impact is truly remarkable!

Fourth crossing of the Bosphorus under the belt 🎉 I was clearly complacent - the bos humbled me. The current wasn’t in our favour and the swim took far longer than expected or trained for. Every year brings something new and I’m grateful for the experience, every time. Not quite a podium finish, but I did beat these two out of the water so I’m taking it and won’t let them forget it either 😆

And it’s official, I’ve been overtaken in the family height rankings, outgrown by a 13 year old. Lucky he’s cute. 🥰
