Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for daily content writing, editing, publishing, maintenance, management and interaction of short videos and new media platforms (TIKTOK, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Kuaishou, wechat, Weibo and websites), topic selection, planning and ex*****on;
2. Participated in the shooting, editing, post-operation and maintenance of short videos of the team, designed and wrote content copy and activity copy according to project requirements;
3. According to the characteristics of different we-media platforms, effectively launch videos, plan and execute wechat online and offline activities;
4. Responsible for WeChat public accounts to explore the promotion mode and channel, understand the experience and analysis of user needs, emotion, and collect user feedback, understand the news, fully excavate and analyze the target user interests, habits, watch the emotion and experience, timely grasp the current hot, effectively completed short video creative planning;
5. Follow the development trend of social media, deeply understand the characteristics and resources of various social media, pay extensive attention to benchmark public accounts, and explore new business models.
Job specification：
1. College degree or above, major in journalism, advertising, director, media, communication and other related fields is preferred. Strong writing skills, able to combine company projects to write copywriting in line with market needs.
2. Good at PR, AI, PS and other software is preferred; experience in new media operation (media work) is preferred; familiar with various operation modes and promotion means of new media platform; capable of independent thinking and initiative planning; able to independently plan and implement promotion schemes of platform projects according to the company's needs.
3. With certain writing skills and creative planning ability, highly sensitive to Internet culture, able to accurately grasp the mentality of netizens, judge the hot news and control the headlines.
4. Familiar with various we-media platforms, active mind, good at communication, cheerful personality, strong ex*****on, good team spirit.
5. At least one year of we-media operation and management experience, proficient in Office software, familiar with PS operation is preferred.
6. Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility, good coordination and communication skills and team spirit.
