On Day 13 of our series, we're unlocking the power of strategic goal-setting: Creating Smaller Goals Towards Bigger Goals. Achieving the end goal can be a long run, sometimes we forget or deviate from the goal in the this time. To keep ourselves motivated and on track, we should alway divide the main goal in to smaller goals which are achievable in short period of time. Accomplishing such smaller goals keeps us on the predefined track, help us stay motivated in the journey.
