Job Description: We’re Recruiting an Expert Booker (Research Analyst) for our client.

Work from Home | Contract Based Position

Responsibilities:
Expert Booker:
Send emails to clients and experts using Zoho.
Check and update Google Sheets.
Review and manage expert profiles.

Qualifications:
0-2 years of professional experience. (Fresh Grads are highly encouraged)
Some exposure to sales/recruitment (optional).
An updated LinkedIn account.
Should not be a full-time employee or student already.

Understanding Credits:
A "credit" is earned when the following process is completed:
- You sign up an expert.
- The project coordinator submits the expert's details.
- The client books a call with the expert.
- The expert and client complete a 60-minute call.
For example, a 60-minute call between your expert (the candidate you selected from LinkedIn for the desired project) and our client equals 1 credit.

Compensation Details:
Commission-Based: The role is fully commission-based, with the following incentive structure:

Call Credits Booked:
Expert calls organized for and paid for by a client where the individual has found and signed up the Expert.
If an expert is booked multiple times by different or the same client, the first credit is counted as 1, and subsequent bookings by the analyst are counted as 0.5 credits.

Commission per Achieved Credit:
*1 Credit: $90
* 2 Credits: $90 + $95 = $185
* 3 Credits: $185 + $100 = $285
* 4 Credits: $285 + $105 = $390
* 5 Credits: $390 + $110 = $500
* 6 Credits: $500 + $115 = $615
* 7 Credits: $615 + $120 = $735
* 8 Credits: $735 + $125 = $860
* 9 Credits: $860 + $130 = $990
* 10 Credits: $990 + $135 = $1,125
Example: If the analyst books 6 credits, the per-credit commission is $100, making the total commission $600 (6 credits x $100).
