It’s all because of her… ❤️ I remember growing up and looking at her how she would never leave the house without her hair done, a swipe of deep burgundy lipstick on and always always wearing heels.

She would wake up early every morning to make sure she’s ready before going to work leaving the house in her elegant striped dresses.

She would always have her nails done with the famous Helena Rubinstein nail polish and she would do them at home whilst sitting with hot curlers on or maybe with a mask. I used to open her jars of Helena Rubinstein creams and the smell is still with me today ❤️

Mum taught me that beauty and confidence it’s an attitude, the way you walk, the way you hold yourself and the way you look after yourself…

Elegance is timeless and will always be …

Because I get asked so many times why I love so much everything I do, how and why I admire elegance in women, and I take nothing less than that …why I have so much passion for makeup and beauty…it’s all because of mum.

Throwback Sunday - I’ve taken this picture in 2021(January) as part of the online classes I was doing at the time, which by the way they are coming back in a different format.

I hear many times as a makeup artist & educator “makeup doesn’t matter” or “ makeup it’s not important “

Now that could not be further from the truth in my opinion.
This picture says it all ! And it’s just one of them . For the next weeks I’m gonna share everything “beauty “ related and WHY it does matter .

Beauty hack - stop selling yourself a crappy version of reality .
The combination of social media and human being is a trip and after working with women for so long and so many years I can definitely tell you this .
Us women we “should “ a lot over each other and think we have the right to trash another human being .
Fake b***s, fake tan, too much makeup, fake brows, fake lips and the list goes on .
Truth is any self confident woman doesn’t care about such stuff in fact all it cares about is how to either build another woman up, be kind, empathetic or learn from her something…anything. Because guess what ? We always learn.
Confidence is a YOUR BEST MAKEUP, YOUR BEST ACCESSORY !
