10/12/2025
This year completely changed my life.
At the start of 2025, I was working as an admin. Later i moved into a CCTV operator role in dubai. It was a stable job, but every day i felt something was missing. I had 4 to 5 free hours during my shift, and in February i finally told myself
“Enough is enough. I can’t stay the same for the next 10 years.”
I wanted a career where i could grow, build skills, and create something meaningful.
So I started researching different fields… and that’s when i discovered performance marketing.
The idea that someone thinks about a product in the morning and sees its ad in the evening shocked me. I wanted to understand how it works. That curiosity pulled me into digital marketing, and I knew immediately "this is my field".
From that day, I used every free hour wisely.
No TikTok, no wasting time.
Just learning.
I completed a full digital marketing course.
Then i created my own brand "NextGen Marketers 365", a place where i could practice everything i was learning.
I built the website, wrote blogs, created social media pages, and started posting daily.
It wasn’t easy.
New pages don’t get attention.
But i didn’t stop.
To improve my confidence, I recorded 30 minute videos of myself speaking in English every day. Watching those videos helped me improve my fluency and communication more than any course could.
Then i moved into practice.
I started building demo campaigns on both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor under my brand.
I completed Google Search and Display certifications from Skillshop.
Step by step, my skills started becoming real.
Now I am confident.
I know what I am doing.
And I am ready.
Today, I am actively looking for a Performance Marketing role in Dubai.
I’m not asking for a shortcut, just a chance to prove myself.
If anyone reading this works at a digital marketing agency or knows a recruiter, I would truly appreciate an interview opportunity. I believe in my skills, my discipline, and the person I’m becoming.
Regards,
Founder of NextGen Marketers 365.
An energetic and committed beginner who wants to do something big in performance marketing.
