It all started with a conversation between the co-founders, Ahmed Saad and Bahaa Galal, about big data and artificial intelligence. Social media started growing rapidly in the Middle East driving a flow of Arabic content. All companies in the Middle East will need an intelligent tool to gather millions of data and release insights about this content. The intelligent tool grew out of the idea phase
into the algorithms that understand the Arabic and English language. The two young founders now went on to participate in ‘Start-up Weekend Giza’, which they easily won. Moving forward, they improved the tool to gather and analyze data from social media platforms. Later on, Crowd Analyzer became the only Arabic-focused online monitoring tool. It is a perfect tool for enterprises and market research firms. Crowd Analyzer can identify the sentiment, location, gender, accent, and many more insights for online content in Arabic and English.
