Job Description:
Doha Trading Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Officer to join our team in Kabul. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers a salary based compensation structure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Market Expansion:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Identify potential customers and generate leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.
Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.
3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
4. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience as a Sales Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in IT is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
