Caught up with Zdravko, Event Manager at Gran Turismo Events, for a quick chat next to the cars as the Adriatica 2026 tour rolled into Tirana.
For anyone who doesnât know them yet, Gran Turismo Events curates some of the most unforgettable driving experiences in Europe. Handpicked routes, the worldâs most desirable cars, and a group of people who live for the drive.
This yearâs Adriatica covers 1,800 kilometres across eight days, tracing the coast from Opatija through Trogir, Mostar, Tivat, Tirana, Skopje, all the way to Thessaloniki. Sixty cars, seven countries, some of the best roads on the continent. Hearing Zdravko talk about the moments that stayed with him made it clear these arenât just road trips, theyâre carefully built experiences where every detail matters.
I had to ask him which car from this yearâs selection heâd take home if he could pick one. His answer? The Lotus. Out of everything in the lineup, that was the one that did it for him.đ€·đ»ââïž
Tirana was the midpoint of Adriatica 2026. From here the convoy keeps moving south.
