Working in a marketing office means constantly adapting to a dynamic, constantly evolving system. New projects, tasks, changing markets, trends, faster turnover of specialists than in other types of business.

One of the aspects that consolidates and makes our office work year after year as a well-coordinated mechanism is a special organized culture. In particular, a set of internal laws, the so-called “staples”, which allows employees to manage their processes competently and remain efficient, and newcomers to quickly join the system.

Ditto is a concept store of Korean designers. The project carefully selects the presented aitems and brands in order to offer the best of the Korean fashion world and turn the idea of it upside down.

The brand positions itself as a partner and aims to form a trusting, sincere relationship with the audience. For Ditto, the value is in the people, the idea and the story that the clothes convey. Fashion is an opportunity to make a statement without words.

The key task of the content strategy was to describe the tools for building authentic communication between the brand and the audience.

The concept of Work-Life Balance already contains a conflict in its name: work is opposed to life. Trying to catch the balance between the two creates a lot of inner tension and excessive anxiety. Not to mention the fact that the former is perceived as something bad, while the latter plays the role of good.

Does this dichotomy have a place for your current needs, or does the wheel of balance dictate that you need to pay attention to all 7-9 areas of life? Career, finances, vacations, family, friends, personal development... Is it realistic to give quality time to everything? Is there inspiration, upliftment, strength? Is "me" in a crisis where I am only capable of doing basic tasks?

We believe that you should create balance in your life, but do it in harmony with your current motivations, goals, and future needs.
