In just over 6 months, Em hit this milestone (and let’s be real—she actually hit the numbers in just under 5 months but had to wait on one more direct to make it official). But she’s DONE IT!!!!

From the moment she said YES to this opportunity, Emma had zero doubts. She KNEW she was going to make it work, no matter what.

Was it easy? Absolutely not. But every single challenge that came her way, she crushed it. She stayed laser-focused, determined, and never lost sight of the bigger picture.

🌟 Hello Beautiful People! 🌟

I thought I’d break the ice with a little “Get to Know Me” post!

I’m Luci Bedding, 25 years young and based in Adelaide, South Australia.

I’ve been in the mining industry since 2018, doing everything from cleaning camp rooms and working in kitchens and bars to operating heavy machinery. I've also worked in shearing sheds as a roustabout and had multiple bartending jobs.

In my free time, I love indulging in arts and crafts, longboarding, binge-watching true crime documentaries, playing video games and hitting up concerts and festivals. Spending quality time with friends and family is super important to me too!

I can’t believe the time has finally come for me to share this with you all ✨ After years of working in the mining industry; working long crazy hours and even sometimes being the only female on shift! I’m thrilled to announce that I am starting my transition from the mining world to the realm of marketing! Embracing a new life style that offers freedom, flexibility, and the chance to work on my own terms 🌏✨

Mining has been tough both mentally and physically. The early mornings, long days and being so far away from my friends and family. Don’t get me wrong it has been rewarding in many ways but I’ve always had bigger dreams to be my own boss, work from anywhere and have the freedom to travel and experience life on my own terms.

This journey is more than just a career shift - It’s breaking free from the traditional grind and living life on my own terms. A couple months ago I was introduced into a great community of people that have the same goal as me or have already achieved the goal of breaking out of the 9-5 or mining lifestyle. It has been such a motivating experience so far and definitely didn’t want to be missing out so I will be following in their footsteps and going allllll in! And I couldn’t have made it this far without the amazing mentorship and training provided within the community ✨

If you’ve ever dreamed of creating more freedom in your life, travelling while you work or even just stepping out of the norm, then stick around! I can’t wait to share every step of this transformation with you, from the challenges to the victories 🤙🏼
