Rule 101 in business (but mostly ignored by many) is to love yourself first! This means taking that hour for lunch, going and seeing the kids play their sport on the weekend, and taking time with your partner. It could also be a quick walk outside to get some air or a pamper day to rejuvenate. Whatever it looks like for you, be sure to schedule it in and do it!
