So grateful to have led a beautiful group of humans on a sensory bushwalk in collaboration with & also my friend 🌼

An afternoon filled with laughter, quiet moments, connection, curiosity, and the simple joy of slowing down. We explored through our senses taking time to notice what we could see, hear, smell, taste, and feel along the way.

A reminder that there’s so much beauty to be found when we pause long enough to pay attention.

Hopefully, this is just the beginning and we’ll be doing it again very soon
