Today is my favorite day because I get to celebrate my favorite person.
The gift of you as a mother is the greatest privilege of my lifetime.
I am grateful every single day.
I tell you every year that no words could ever be enough and every year this feels more and more true.

You are a special human mom.
Not just one in a million. One in a million lifetimes.

Pure heart, strong morals, selfless, generous, nurturing, inspiring, stronger than you know and too good for some to know what to do with. I respect you beyond words as a mother, but also as a daughter and human being. You’re genuinely the best person I know, and I am so proud to call you my mom.

To my rock, my moral compass and my whole heart- Happy birthday! You’re the youngest 65 year old I know!

👗 What INSPIRES your Style?

👀 Your visual presentation is a representation of how you want to feel, so I'm always moved when women share that my style inspires them.

Think of a word you may want to use to describe yourself, for example -
DRAMATIC RELAXED FEMININE INNOVATIVE ALLURING CLASSIC

Before you have visual inspiration, you need to have visual manifestation of your Style.
Inspiration for Style can come from anywhere, and there are countless ways to make it YOUR own.

You may find it on Pinterest, in a magazine, a certain celebrity's style that inspires you ......... if it speaks to YOU, it's for YOU, but you want to own how YOU define it.

You could be inspired by a look in the way that it's ACCESSORISED, a COLOUR, or a TEXTURE.

It's about having more of what INSPIRES you about certain styles and putting your touch on it to express what you would like to feel 'more of'. It may be a luxurious handbag that gives you a more CLASSIC feel or a colour you have always dreamed of wearing to feel more DRAMATIC in your Style. Recognising how it makes you FEEL when you look at it, is what brings it to life for YOU.

Ownership of style comes from deep work, but it can be fun.

I have been a little quiet here lately, but I’ve been a bit busy with what I love most - serving some amazing women to elevate their style.

Understanding what shapes and silhouettes work with your body is the foundation of feeling and looking good in your clothes. I worked with my client to create looks that not only looked fabulous, but that were true to her personal style. From the perfect outfits to shoes, she nailed it.

Not only did my client go with a pair of shoes that she initially resisted, but has since confessed that it looks incredible with everything she purchased.

As an Image Consultant I help my clients see what they do not see in themselves and give them the confidence to celebrate themselves through their style. It is one of the most inspiring parts of the work that I love.

ATTITUDE is everything when it comes to STYLE!

I understand when women tell me it takes a lot of CONFIDENCE to stay true to themselves when they’re constantly being told what to wear.

So how do you cut through the noise and wear what makes YOU feel good?

Developing a new PERSONAL STYLE does not always happen quickly, it’s a considered process that takes effort.
It’s about being able to add your own take to it by pulling elements together and ARTICULATING what you want your clothes to say about YOU.
Style is SELF-EXPRESSION and SELF-CARE, not labels and trends!

As an Image Consultant I love expressing my PERSONALITY through my clothes by bringing different ELEMENTS together which HIGHLIGHT who I am. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with other women so they can feel that sense of EMPOWERMENT too.

The core of what I do is help women dress AUTHENTICALLY for who they are whilst also stepping out of their COMFORT ZONE.

When you step into a new arena experiencing:
A fresh perspective on things. An introduction to pieces you would never have considered. A creative connection with someone in person.

You start thinking about clothes on a different level and what you want to COMMUNICATE about yourself. It’s not what you wear but HOW you wear it that makes it UNIQUE to you.

So I had a little bit of fun washing and hanging up clothes this week when I was home with covid! I also came to the realisation that the CHANGE of SEASON is the best time for you to create POSITIVE and LASTING CHANGES with your WARDROBE and SHOPPING HABITS.

If you have ever had a WARDROBE EDIT, you know how much planning goes into each seasons outfits. I’m not referring to SHOPPING for trends because the most stylish items are devoid of seasonal trends. Your SEASONAL WARDROBE AUDITS will get smaller every season when you opt for fewer and better quality pieces that can remain in your wardrobe for years.

There is no quick fix, but there is a FORMULA!

Your PERFECT WARDROBE is easier to achieve when you bear these tips in mind:
If you don’t love a piece when you see it on you for the first time, chances are it does not suit your PERSONALITY or LIFESTYLE – fashion can be very tempting!
FIT is everything. If your clothes in your wardrobe fit you well they will always look expensive, regardless of the price!
Be AUTHENTIC with your Style when developing your PERSONAL BRAND.
Use trends only as BUILDING BLOCKS to update your wardrobe each SEASON. If you choose two trends you love to build into your wardrobe you will be investing in TIMELESS PIECES and not exceeding your budget.
ACCESSORIES are more than functional companions, they are MOOD-LIFTERS. Rather than investing in pieces that you know you would not wear after two years, focus on TIMELESS handbags and jewellery. They can really take your outfit to another level!
