The Bright Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce the launch of our very own Retail Trail Map, a vibrant new guide designed to help both locals and visitors explore the town's unique shopping scene. Featuring 59 local retailers, the pocket-sized map offers a comprehensive yet easy-to-use guide to the best shops and boutiques the area has to offer.

The Retail Trail Map has been created by local artist Mat Vaughan, whose creative design beautifully captures the spirit of Bright while showcasing the distinctive character of each participating retailer. The map highlights not only the variety of shops within the town, but also the picturesque setting and welcoming atmosphere that make Bright a popular destination for shopping, dining, and leisure.

The map is available at multiple locations throughout Bright, including the Alpine Visitor Information Centre in Bright, participating retail stores, and local accommodations. You can also download an online version. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a longtime local, the map is designed to fit neatly into your pocket, making it a convenient guide to navigating Bright’s shopping streets.

Chamber of commerce Christmas tree was erected this morning in Porepunkah. Thanks to all businesses that helped with the painting and repairs, the people that helped with the painting and setup, and the alpine shire for putting the tree up with the use of the cherry picker.
