When an ideal customer lands on your page, you’ve got about 3 seconds before they make up their mind.

If they can’t instantly tell what you do and who you help, they’re onto the next person. And honestly, it’s one of the easiest things to fix.

Take a second to check your own profile against these 3 basics. If you haven’t ticked them off yet, get them sorted today so people can actually find you when they’re searching for what you do.

A lot more goes into a good content shoot than pressing record.

Before we film, I’m thinking about what we actually want the audience to see, hear and take away from each video.

I’ll talk through the idea, ask questions, give direction, change things if they’re not working and make sure we get the footage we actually need.

Because I don’t want my clients standing there trying to remember a script and sounding like someone else.

I want their personality to come through.

Natural. Real. Useful. And with a strategy behind it.

That’s where the good stuff happens.
