I have been a little quiet with my posts as of late. But, it's because I've been filming and creating prototypes/demo short videos to pitch my services to restaurants.

Here is one I did for Yumko Korean Restaurant at 15 Garema Place in Civic Canberra.

They're a Tasty Korean Restaurant with Both a Modern & Traditional Menu and a Fun Vibe!

They were happy for me to share my Short Video on my Socials for portfolio building.

I'm working on some other pitch videos too. Should they get approval, I'll be sure to share them.

For a Traditional Korean Spicy Pork Bulgogi, YUMKO in Civic Deliver.

My Spicy Pork was full of flavour, served hot & fresh on a sizzling plate and with generous portions. It also had a nice very slightly charred smoky flavour which elevated the dish.

YUMKO also do a take on a Japanese Curry & Rice Lunch Time Special. I'll be sure to try that next time.

With the Recent Changes to my Website, I've also Updated my Business Card to reflect these Changes.

They should be delivered in the next week or so.

Spring Truly is a Season of New Beginnings.

I've made some more changes to the Website this month.

As mentioned in a previous post, I'm focused on Businesses in the Food Industry and have now added some Icons on the Main Page to Reflect that.

I've also Changed my Tagline from: Tell YOUR Story. To: Reach Connect Engage.

I have over the last few months been Redefining and Refining the Business where I now have more Clarity in Who I'm Reaching and What I CAN Do for them.

I look forward to Continuing in this Direction and seeing what the Future brings.

For A Taste of Rome, Colosseum Italian Street Food & Catering in Fyshwick delivers and then some.

Here's a quick little video I did of their Chilli Salami Pizza and WOW was it full of flavour!

These Pizzas are rectangular, with many many many flavours, made in advance where you can eat them cold or wait to get your Pizza heated up in their Oven.

It is well worth having it heated up!

The dough was light, airy, fluffy and had a nice crunch to it.

The Authentic Italian Salami is fresh with a lightly salty, spicy flavour. The chilli flakes gave it a bit more of a kick.

I'll be sure to go back and try some of their other flavours.

While their Pizzas are their Biggest Draw, there's a range of Italian Food including pastas like Lasagna, sandwiches including Focaccia, desserts like Cannoli, cakes and more.

For a refreshing and tasty dessert, Jarochos in Braddon who pride themselves on their Authentic Mexican Flavours does not disappoint!

Their Carlota has a zesty lime flavour, it's not too sweet and has a balance of textures with cookie crumbs & cream in light layers of cake.

I could only get dessert this time. But I look forward next time to trying their mains.
