Building the foundation of a specialist brand.
Before launching Mandalay Specialist Centre’s website, we needed a visual identity that would set the tone for everything to follow.
For Dr Nyan Lynn’s new neurology clinic in Melbourne’s west, I created a clean, typographic logo featuring a stylised medical cross within the “S” of MSC). The logo was developed into a brand pattern, and accompanied with a calming suite of cool brand colours to allow some visual flexibility and cohesiveness with MSC’s branded materials.
This brand identity became the anchor for the clinic’s signage, print materials, and digital presence, ensuring every touchpoint felt consistent and professional. The aim?
Clarity for patients. Confidence for referrers.
The project goals were to:
– Differentiate the clinic’s visual branding from similarly named practices nearby.
– Develop a brand style guide to keep future materials on-brand.
