"Pebbly Beach" the range named after one of the most beautiful beaches here on the mid north coast. Accessible only by 4WD. It is a favourite place of mine.
This range was created with stormy ocean days in mind. The pebbles, glossy with rain, the shallows of the waves a brilliant seafoam colour that is almost too beautiful to be real. The sky, dark and gloomy with waterfalls of rain connecting the clouds to the horizon.
There is beauty to be found, even on the days ☺️

It was 2017, and I was still painting canvas name signs! This popped up for me as a facebook memory. I lost count of how many letters I painted over the years. I started painting them in 2011!
I don't paint nearly as much as I probably should, these days. It is so time consuming!

Those scissors were meant to look as though they were resting on the patchwork letter.
