St. Clare is a luxury retirement village currently under development in the prestigious Studley Park area of Kew, Melbourne. Scheduled for completion in late 2025, this $250 million project by VMCH will feature 103 premium apartments designed for residents aged 55 and over. The development emphasises innovative architecture by Woods Bagot, expansive green spaces, and breathtaking views, aiming to set a new standard in retirement living.

Actual Size’s creative work has been diverse and impactful, covering tactical campaigns, outdoor media, online platforms, EDMs, brand management, and ongoing event collateral.

When Bambra approached Actual Size to design a new promotional swatch for Earl, the goal was clear: showcase the elegance and versatility of this premium paper in a way that would captivate both seasoned print professionals and new audiences. The promotion needed to highlight the luxurious qualities of Earl while demonstrating its practicality for different printing methods. Our challenge was to create a design that would elevate the product, emphasising its rich pedigree and premium appeal.

We embraced a theme of quiet sophistication, elegance, and opulence in the design of the Earl swatch. Inspired by the imagery of rich, flowing gowns and an air of glamour, we infused the promotion with a sense of mystery and refinement. The final design balances minimalism and luxurious details, capturing the essence of Earl’s premium quality while maintaining a timeless and understated elegance that resonates with Bambra’s vision for the product.
