Our Tomatini is savoury, herby, and dangerously easy to drink.

TOMATINI WITH BASIL & OLIVE OIL
🍅 1-2 Campari tomatoes, quartered
🥄 7.5ml simple syrup
🥄 15ml white balsamic vinegar
🍸 60ml gin
🧂 Pinch of flaky sea salt
🌿 Cracked black pepper
🌱 3-4 basil leaves
🫒 Olive oil for top
🍅🌿 Cherry tomato, basil sprig & black pepper to garnish

Muddle tomatoes and simple syrup in a shaker to release the juice. Add balsamic, salt, pepper, and basil leaves. Fill with ice and shake until cold. Double-strain into a martini glass, top with cracked pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with tomato and basil.

Rolando needs your help!
Our friend, brother and PARGO ambassador Rolando Rolando Stanley/Ozuna has suffered a very serious injury surfing at his home in Mexico.

Anyone who knows Rolando knows he’s the most humble, kind and genuine person. And would never ask for help.

He will not be able to work for the foreseeable future and any help will be much appreciated.

We are helping spread this GoFundMe me that was set up to help him with the medical expenses and rehab.
