Starting this month, Google mandates bulk email senders to authenticate their emails, facilitate seamless unsubscribing, and adhere to a designated spam threshold.

We turned 20! 🎉

Thank you to all who came to our head office to celebrate our 20th anniversary with us.

Matter was founded in 2003 by our managing director, Nigel Poole. We started with a focus on digital design and branding and, over the years, grew and evolved into a full-service, award-winning, ecommerce agency.

It’s been a ride. 🚀

So much has happened in the last twenty years in that unpresuming corner building in Crows Nest. We’ve nurtured a business built on the foundations of commitment, integrity and connection. We’ve supported hundreds of clients, drank countless lattes from our trusted friends at Cafe 107, and welcomed in talented individuals who have been the backbone of this agency.

We are humbled by the support of our growing community of partners, clients and friends, and it was wonderful to see many of them last week.

We want to give a big thank you to ALL of you - those who came to the event and those who have been along this journey with us from afar.
