Weighbridge Operator Wanted!!!!!!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Weighbridge Operator to join our grain site team in Dalby. This role plays a key part in managing the accurate receival and dispatch of grain while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with site procedures—particularly during peak harvest periods.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate the weighbridge to accurately record inbound and outbound grain loads
-Complete weigh tickets, receival documentation, and data entry
-Verify grain types, quantities, and associated paperwork
-Communicate clearly with growers, truck drivers, and site staff
-Monitor traffic flow and ensure compliance with site safety rules
-Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
About You:
-Previous weighbridge, grain receival, or agricultural experience desirable (training provided)
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during harvest
-Basic computer and data entry skills
-Clear communication and customer service skills
-Commitment to workplace health and safety
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including peak harvest periods
