Comment 'Ditch' for your free Stop List Worksheet to find what you should stop.

Unclear marketing priorities are more expensive than they look.

They show up as agency hours spent polishing the wrong campaign. Content made because the calendar had an empty square. Ads sent to a page that still isn't converting. Three people solving the same problem in separate meetings. A team that waits for the founder because nobody wants to make the wrong call.

And a founder who can't switch off, because every loose thread still feels important.

None of it sits neatly on one line of the P&L. The business pays for all of it anyway.

Clarity isn't a soft benefit. It changes where the time goes, how the money gets spent, and how fast a good decision turns into action.

Want to find your first hidden cost? Comment ditch and I will send it across.

Hiding the price doesn't make it smaller.

My prices are on the website and I'm only taking two clients a month. Those two things are related.

If I'm only taking two, I don't want to spend my week on calls with people who were never going to book. That's not me being precious, it's maths.

So the price is right there on the page. If it isn't your season for what I offer, you can work that out in private.

The Clarity Audit is $2,950 + GST at my founding rate for the next three, then it goes to $3,500. It gets inside your platforms and numbers to answer what's working, what's wasting money and where the opportunity is.

Your content calendar comes fifth. Not first.

01 Business objective
02 Priority customer
03 Positioning and message
04 The role of each channel
05 Content and campaigns

When the first four are clear, content gets much easier. You know what to say, who it's for and what the work is supposed to achieve.

When they're unclear, the calendar becomes a weekly demand for fresh ideas with no reliable way to judge any of them.

That's why a content problem is so often a strategy problem wearing a Canva template.

Save this for your next planning meeting.

30/09/2026

Nobody is paid to tell you to stop.

Your agency won't suggest it. Your team won't volunteer the thing they built.

So the work keeps running, even when nobody can explain what it's returning. Eight channels at 50% instead of three at 80%.

The Stop List puts a dollar figure on all that activity and helps you sort what stays, what changes and what stops. Fifteen minutes, and it's free.

Four Google reviews in one week. I have read them more times than I will admit.

"Belle has transformed our business." Celeste, Natural Supply Co

"A game changer for our business." Tim Cook, Pure Candle Supplies

"Clever ideas with profitable outcomes." Jodie, Flower Bowl

"A trusted partner and a valued asset." Nicole, Pure Candle Supplies

What is in all four is the same thing, and it is not a clever campaign. It is an outside view, an honest answer, and a plan in the right order.

Thank you, all of you. I do not take it lightly that you let me be blunt with you and then said nice things about me afterwards.

Four ways to start, from AU$24.

Send me your finished list and I'll tell you the first thing I would stop. No charge. No pitch.

Been there. Built one. Got the scars.

I learned marketing inside real businesses, with real customers, real payroll and real consequences when a decision didn't work.

I've co-built a multimillion-dollar w**e business, carried too many decisions and made the expensive mistakes already.

Now I use that experience to help founders cut through the noise and work out what actually deserves their time, energy and money.

No rinse-and-repeat playbook. No strategy theatre.

Just clarity from someone who's been on your side of the table.

Busyness is bullsh*t.

There. I said it.

A full content calendar doesn't prove your marketing is working. Neither does seven active platforms, or a team rushing from one deadline to the next.

Activity is easy to see, so we use it as evidence of progress.

The questions that actually matter are harder. What's making money. What's wasting it. What we should do next.

If nobody can answer those clearly, doing more will usually just make the problem more expensive.

Good marketing isn't maximum output. It's deliberate choices, and being brave enough to stop the work that no longer earns its place.

Where is your business currently mistaking motion for progress?
