Bubbl Boba Bar & Barista 🌈

I had to jump on this passion project prompt by cause I'm 🤪about bubble tea!! I dare you to drink a bubble tea and not be smiling....

This branding is light, bright and fun with a 'cute' aesthetic. Im so in love with how it turned out!

For the main logo I manipulated the type to mirror the curves of how the boba fall together and float with the tea.

In the initial stages of planning I found that Boba originates from Taiwan so I wanted to include a Taiwanese element which is the bunch of 3 plum blossoms in the brand pattern.

Im in love with this first mockup. Just imagine walking in the underground and going past this advertisement. I'd be thinking "this place looks sick!... could go a cookie 🤔 .... ok what stop do I need to get off at to get my hands on one"

Im designed the secondary logo in the same geometric shape as the pictorial mark (slides 2 & 4). Slide 3 is how I picture the store front.... do you?

Cookie Mafia is a small business founded by 2 brothers in New York City. They've created a selection of cookies that are so good, that you'd literally kill to get your hands on one! (metaphorically of course 🙊)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In an artsy neighbourhood, tucked away in an old alley surrounded by painted white brickwork, this little gem has become the best spot on the block to indulge in a buttery, choc, melt in your mouth, heaven on earth.

I had fun with this one and really tried to experiment and try new methods in Illustrator.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This design is contemporary and modern with the use of a san serif typeface and speaks to a younger, more 'hip' audience. The dark blue creates a contrast for the bright pop of pink that draws your eye in to the wordmark logo.

Ive used a singular geometric shape that depicts a cookie with bites out of it as the logomark. Ive kept this as a simplified flat graphic in alignment with the style of the typeface.
