This week, we’ll be exhibiting at Pilbara Summit, thanks to the support of CORE Innovation Hub.

If your business is trying to connect with the Pilbara market, we’d love to chat about how your marketing can help you build visibility, trust and stronger local relationships.

You’ll find us at our stand with goodie bags, a few familiar faces and, of course, our famous chocolate coated coffee beans 🤭

If you’d like to book a time to chat properly while we’re there, reach out to our team. We’d be happy to lock in a meeting during the week.

We’re looking forward to yarning with the people, businesses and organisations helping shape what’s next for the Pilbara 🧡 🧡

See you at Pilbara Summit!

A strong business deserves a digital presence that reflects the work behind it.

For PRD Engineering, we helped bring that to life with a new website, onsite photography and social media profiles that showcase their manufacturing base and onsite support across the Pilbara.

As Kody Lemke, Director of PRD Engineering Solutions, shared:
“Impact Digi took the time to understand our business and delivered a digital presence that strongly reflects who we are.”

A big thank you to Kody and the PRD Engineering Solutions team for trusting us with your story. It’s been a pleasure working with you 🙌

A warm welcome to SOAK In Dampier 🎉

SOAK is a name known and loved across the Pilbara. With great coffee, good food, friendly service and an iconic view overlooking the water, it is easy to see why!

A treasured gem here in the Pilbara and one we’re excited to be working alongside.

Welcome to the Impact Digi family, SOAK 🙌 💜

One of our favourite things about working across the Pilbara is that you really get to know the people behind the businesses.

Our clients are often our neighbours, friends, community members and familiar faces around town.

So we love getting the chance to step out of the office and catch up at events like the KDCCI Europcar Business After Hours.

It was a great chance to see familiar faces, meet new people, hear what other local businesses are working on, and stay connected to the community we are lucky to work alongside 🙌

Thank you to KDCCI for bringing everyone together, Europcar for hosting the evening and Fiorita Wine Bar & Restaurant for the beautiful hospitality.

How often do you think social media platforms update the way their apps work?

A) Every few years
B) Once a year
C) Every few months
D) Constantly

If you answered D, constantly, you’re right!

👉Social media is always changing. Platforms are regularly testing, adjusting and changing what people see, how content performs and how businesses need to show up online.

That is why we recently had the team from Decant Agency fly all the way from the Gold Coast to Karratha for a full social media refresh with our team.

It was a great chance to sharpen our skills, look at what is changing across the platforms and bring a fresh perspective into the room 👏

Good social media work is not just about posting often. It is about staying curious, keeping up with the changes and continuing to learn as a team.

A big thank you to Decant Agency for making the trip and sharing so much practical insight with us.

For Impact Digi, being All In is not a campaign line.

Our work is built around helping organisations and business owners be seen, trusted and ready for opportunity. In 2025, that included helping take 14 Aboriginal-owned and part Aboriginal-owned businesses online by building them their first websites.

is a time to reflect on our shared histories, cultures and achievements, but it is also a reminder that reconciliation needs to show up in the way we work, not just the words we share.

For us, being All In means listening, respecting place and people, and using our skills to help stories be shared with care, clarity and respect ❤️ 💛 🖤

This week, we are reflecting on the responsibility we carry as an Aboriginal-owned business, and the role we can play in helping businesses and community show up with purpose.

For the first time, Aboriginal business owners, professionals and community members in Port Hedland will have a local Blak Coffee gathering to connect, yarn and grow their networks.

Originating in Queensland, Blak Coffee has grown into a grassroots Aboriginal business networking movement across Australia and will be taking place in Hedland tomorrow (Thursday 28 May)!

This is a special milestone for the Hedland business community. Hosted by Sharon Todd, it will be a relaxed space for coffee, conversation and meeting others doing business across the region ☕️

If you know someone who should be in the room, please share this with them. Whether you’re an Aboriginal business owner, a local professional, or part of the wider business community with knowledge, services or connections that can help support Aboriginal business growth in Hedland, this is a great event to be part of.

📅 Thursday, 28 May
🕙 10:00am to 12:00pm
📍 Wangka Maya Pilbara Aboriginal Language Centre, South Hedland

From a new website to a capability statement, trade show materials and a clearer brand presence, it’s been great helping Mulga Rail & Civil build marketing materials their team can put to use.

Thank you Breanne Raponi, Project Administrator at Mulga Rail & Civil, for sharing your experience working with Impact Digi.

We love helping local businesses show up with clarity and confidence 👏

Pilbara Ports handled ~81% of Australia’s iron ore trade in 2024-25.

Numbers like that are often spoken about in tonnes, trade and industry impact. But in Hedland, they also come back to people.

The local businesses.
The teams.
The suppliers.
The families.
The people who show up, do the work and keep the region moving.

More than 400 businesses are part of the PHCCI network, and earlier this month, we had the chance to spend time with some of the people behind it.

As a Gold Sponsor, Impact Digi joined Port Hedland Chamber of Commerce Industry members, sponsors and local businesses at the VIP Corporate Sponsor Night.

It was a good reminder of how much happens in the conversations around the room. The local updates, the introductions, the familiar faces, and the stories you do not always see online.

That context shapes the way we work.

When we support Pilbara businesses with marketing, content and strategy, we are not just thinking about what looks good on a screen or in a tender document. We are thinking about the people behind the business, the place they are part of, the work happening on the ground, and how that story can be shared in a way that feels clear, useful and genuine.

Thank you to PHCCI for bringing Hedland’s business community together, and to everyone we caught up with on the night.
