This 18-month project across 3 countries delivered one of the largest NetSuite-Shopify integrations on record and too many features to list.

Having won the regional Australia category at the start of last year, our entries for Belong 'Second Life Phones' and The Ian Potter Foundation were elevated to the international stage, alongside other projects that address circular economy, economic growth, ecological sustainability and equity & inclusion.

AI dominated search in 2023.
While not the most searched keyword, "chatgpt" — and similar phrases — had the largest increase in search frequency in the past year, up 𝟯𝟱𝟬𝟬% 🤯.

The trend is clear. AI is integrating into our lives, much like the humble Google search did back in the late 90s.

You can use AI to:
✅ Create art
✅ Produce audio & video
✅ Find the through line in a massive data set
✅ Experiment with unconventional ideas
✅ Manage customer service
✅ Develop and test a business idea

We spent our January looking back to look forward. Looking especially at Google Search Trends and topics Aussies couldn't stop searching for.

Unlike other years – 2023 felt very, random. Barbenheimer, Sam Kerr, and Optus outage updates. Submarine dreams and Referendum results. World Cup coverage and the Quiche of Coronations.

When Australia Post calls, we don't mail it in. 📮

In this build for Australia Post Connect, our team—along with broadband partner BTB Australia—created a site for the seamless buying, selling, and managing of broadband services.

In the Shopify backend is a custom app linking directly to NBN endpoints. On the frontend, the user gets an easy-to-navigate ecommerce experience that displays live, localised broadband pricing and usage data.

We love finding the perfect solution to meet a business' very unique needs. Thanks to the team at Auspost and BTB Australia for trusting us to bring this vision to life.

So we put on our collaborative thinking caps with this recent site launch for Mentone Girls' Grammar School; creating a site that not only looks amazing but gives users a clear, easy navigational journey through the magnitude of pages and subpages on the site.

Precise, fail-not development, further elevated by beautiful design. We loved working with the team at Mentone Girls' & Emmet Consulting to bring this site to life.
