Shout out to Alannah at .naturopathy !! ⭐️

It’s been four years since I started having regular flareups with my gut and I’ve tried 1 million different things so why not go down the naturopath Road hey .

I have avoided these spaces because they’re kind of freaky when you aren’t the kind of girl that wants to replace dairy with arugula.

But this was an overall positive experience. I also love that all the herbs and supplements are shipped over to you after your appointment.

Since moving back to Australia I’m still figuring out the right curl routine for me . Australian curly girls psa : you can literally ask for FREE samples at MECCA before committing to full-size curly hair products. Best hack ever for testing what actually works for your curls, waves or coils before wasting $$$ on another product that leaves your hair frizzy, crunchy or flat.

Finding the right curly hair routine is HARD. One product gives curl definition, the next ruins your wash day 💀 so getting samples first is honestly life changing.

You can be testing curl creams, masks, leave-ins and anti-frizz products this way and it’s save so much money.
