Two years ago this month, I was waiting.
Waiting to feel ready.
Waiting for the fear to pass.
Waiting for permission to grow, pivot and change direction.

She’s still in this photo. You can’t see it. But I can.

It’s been this duality dance, courage and collapse in the same week. The same day. Sometimes the same hour. Believing in myself at 9am then abruptly talking myself out if it my 10am!

These past two years have harboured some of the hardest time of my life. Faith, courage and unwavering determination are what got me here today.

Add this formula and just imagine what could change for you.

There’s a moment women experience that almost no one talks about.

From the outside, life looks solid. You’ve got your crap together. The career. The relationship. The life you worked hard to build. But inside something is shifting. The life that once felt like enough begins to feel like it belongs to someone else.

I know this because I’ve been there.

Questions start appearing. Quietly at first.
Is this who I actually am?
Is this the life I actually want?
Was I so busy building it I forgot to ask if I wanted it?

For years women are told this is ingratitude. Or a phase. Or something to push through.
But it’s something far more powerful. You don’t wake up one day wanting a different life. You wake up realising you’ve been quietly disappearing inside the one you built.
The woman you were is still in there.
She’s not lost. She’s waiting.

And this — right here — is where the work begins. Not the falling apart. The deliberate, conscious, no-more-waiting decision to build a life that actually fits who you are now.
If this resonates — follow along. There’s more where this came from.

And if you’re ready to stop waiting — link in bio.

This January,
if you feel quiet rather than excited,
heavy rather than hopeful —
remember: we are in winter.

January is not nature’s reset.
Spring is.

Light is still low.
Energy is still gathering.
Your nervous system hasn’t caught up with the calendar.

If you don’t have clarity yet,
if you can’t find a plan,
if a “new version of you” feels far away —

that’s okay.

Nature is still unwinding.
The year is still becoming.
And it’s okay if you are too.

The truth is… you’re not stuck because you don’t know.
You’re stuck because you do know —
and acting on that truth would mean change.

And maybe you’re not actually stuck at all.
Maybe you’re just out of alignment —
with your values, your goals,
or the version of yourself you’ve outgrown.

Clarity can feel like a threat
when it asks you to leave what’s familiar —
even when it’s no longer working.

But here’s the thing:
There’s no “right” time.
No perfect mood.
No permission slip from the universe.

And while confusion might feel like a safe place to hide,
don’t build a home in it.

Because the longer you stay there,
the more you forget who you were
before you started questioning your own truth.

I won’t offer you a soft place to stay stuck.
This space is for women ready to move —
even if it’s slow, even if it’s messy.

There’s a subtle way we protect ourselves — by speaking in we, you, or they. It feels safer to stay general, to keep our truth at arm’s length. But healing doesn’t happen in the abstract. It happens in the I.
When you say, “Fear holds us back,” you stay in the spiral.
When you say, “Fear holds me back,” you create the space to evolve.
Your language reveals where you are — and where you’re ready to go.
So ask gently:
What truth am I speaking around instead of into?
And what might shift if I let it be mine?
