People keep telling me I should do lock in contracts. Why would I? If you want to leave, leave. 😂
Everything I do is month to month. Which means if you ever feel like it's not working for you, you're free to leave, no questions asked, no guilt trip, nothing. And honestly, that goes both ways too, if I ever feel a partnership isn't working on my end, I'm just as free to say so.
Here's the thing though. Since I started SMM101, not one client has left. Not because they're locked into anything, they're literally not, but because they've genuinely wanted to stay. I check in on them, I send monthly reports, I show up.
And I mean that literally. I do in person content shoots and in person meetings. Whether you're right here in Narrogin, in Perth, or a couple hours drive away, which is honestly just a normal Tuesday here in Australia, I turn up myself, camera, drone, and all, along with my assistant (my husband), who my clients all know by now.
Social media management in WA is competitive, so of course I'm still on my toes. But I'm confident enough in my skills, my effort, and the heart I put into every single business I work with as their social media manager. 👩💻
So if you love what I do, maybe we're a good fit. And if one day you don't, that's okay too. I'd genuinely rather you stay with me because you want to, not because a contract is making you.
Either way, I don't take it for granted. 🫶🏼
