Building your brand logo in Canva? 👀

Before you finalise those colours, there’s one thing your brand guide is missing for MERCH 👉 Pantone.

Hex codes are built for screens. Pantone is built for physical materials like fabric, thread and print… which means your hex code alone can’t guarantee what your merch actually looks like in real life.

We tested this on a real client brand guide 👇 Same hex code, run through an online converter… 5 different colour matches. That’s a lot of room for error when you’re trying to keep your branding consistent.

So if you’re investing in a brand guide, make sure Pantone is part of it. It’ll save you the guesswork, and the reprints.

📌 Save this for when you’re next briefing a designer or a merch supplier

Merch your studio will actually wear ✨

We handle everything from that first “can you make this?” message to the final stitch, so what lands in your studio is merch your community will genuinely want to wear on repeat.

Don’t just take our word for it

Your merch should match your brand every single time. Not close. Not “kind of.” Exact.

Pantones gives us exact - Hex codes don’t

Oh Sweet Merch Dusty Pink ink we are mixing in the video? Pantone 694. Every time

If your studio’s pink shifts between your website, your signage, and your merch, it chips away at the polish your brand has built. Consistency is what makes people trust a brand at a glance.

So when we ask for your Pantone code before we start printing, it’s not us being fussy. It’s us protecting the thing that makes your brand instantly recognisable.

The takeaway: if you’re investing in a brand guide, ask your designer for Pantone colours, not just hex codes. Hex works for screens, but it won’t translate the same way to print, embroidery, or fabric.

Getting the Pantone locked in from day one saves you from merch, signage, and packaging all being “almost” the same colour.

No shortcuts, just merch that actually matches your brand.

If your studio, salon or wellness brand is still settling for “good enough” merch, then this is your sign.

A client came to us with an urgent event deadline and over $7,000 worth of promo items to sort. No pressure, right?

We don’t mess around when the clock’s ticking. We’ve been in the merch game since 2008, and in that time we’ve built a huge network of trusted suppliers. That’s what lets us guarantee your event date, every time, without cutting corners on quality.

Angela found that out firsthand. Swipe to see what she had to say. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
