Had such an awesome night being invited along to the new Annual Punk Night!

I’m sure it’s been said a lot lately, but Newcastle really has a buzz about it right now, and this night was no exception.

One of my favourite things about doing these workshops is getting out into the community, meeting new people, sharing skills, and seeing people have a crack at something they might not have done before. Nights like this are a good reminder of why I love doing what I do.

Big shout out to everyone who came along and got involved, and to the crews at City of Newcastle Newcastle Museum and Newcastle Region Library for putting together such a fantastic night for the community.

Had young Ruben come through Workshop HQ to print his own shirts. He’s started his own brand and has been making shirts at home, so it was sick to play a small part in helping a young creative and printmaker get his designs onto some tees.

Keep an eye on Ruben. I reckon he’s going to do some sick things.
