Rather than trying to get some more sleep I did this.
1. Went for a walk
2. Got lots of fresh air
3. Bought lots of fresh fruit and veggies
4. Planned a yummy roast lamb for lunch with Jas and the boys.
5. Stopped half way for a yummy coffee
Now I’m feeling heaps better.
