So this is Buki my model for the test of a truly beautiful camera the X2D. What an amazing camera. Thank you to .r.kennedyimaging. If portraits are your thing you absolutely need this camera. The files are great. The camera is very intuitive just pick it up and use it. The focus is fast and accurate plus manual focus is a breeze. Definitely in the budget for next near.

On my days away from photographing mines, I love documenting life. One of my favourite events, Fremantle’s Blessing of the Fleet was cancelled today because of the weather. The second time in its 74 year history. The good news is next year it will be brilliant:)

Last week’s shoot in the Western Australian goldfields gave me a chance to try out a few ideas and concepts I have been wanting to use for a while.
