My first day home alone!🥰 I had a blast these holidays!
Now, it's time to take a moment to reflect and continue creating. What would you like to create for yourself this year?
❤Better Health?
❤More confidence to pursue your goals?
❤An income working from home?
As a mother, I know how easy it is to put your dreams and goals aside because you are busy caring for everyone else, let alone starting something new. However, what I have seen too often is mothers suffering financially and with many health issues when they are older because they put themselves last.😢
That is the reason I have continued to do what I do because there is no need for mothers to suffer when they are older or when their partners leave them or the world.😢
It's too late when the thinking is...If she only planned a bit better for her future and cared for herself better, all she had to do was take little daily action steps towards achieving her dreams and goals.😢
This year, I have decided to put myself first again now that the girls are older, more independent, and can help more around the house. Being a good mother isn't about doing everything for our children but teaching them how to care for themselves and others by not relying on others to do everything for them. We are an example to our children.🥰
In the real world, you have to take care of yourself, have lots of money to pay others to take care of you, or be dictated to by whoever is providing for you! That's reality, and as a mother, it's our responsibility to make sure our holistic wellness is taken care of and teach our children the truth so they can make informed decisions and better choices while learning some life lessons.
🥰Nourishing my mind, body, and spirit is as essential as the overflow will nourish my family and those who work with me this year. A well-rested, nourished mother whose cup is overflowing because she prioritises her holistic wellness is more productive, healthier, and happier and achieves her goals more quickly. Her family is happier and functions more efficiently because she is happier and functions more efficiently.
I am far from the perfect mother, and I am not trying to be the perfect mother because that sets me up for failure. Every day, I do my best to be the best mother and person I can be, and sometimes, I feel like the worst mother because I could have done something better. Some days, I feel like a terrible friend and mother in business because taking care of myself and my family is time-consuming, and sometimes, there are not enough hours in the day or week for others.
🥰Soon, I am launching and building a supportive community for mothers where we can empower and support each other to achieve our goals. A community where there will be no judgment because no one is perfect; we all make mistakes and deserve to belong to a nourishing, supportive, non-judgemental community to empower and heal ourselves so we can be the best we can be and create a better future for ourselves and our families.🥰
🥰 If any of this resonates with you and you want to be part of this nonjudgemental empowering community, DM me what you want to create for yourself this year. If this could help other mothers, you are welcome to share it or tell them what's coming so we can continue growing and winning together.🥰
What fun adventures could we possibly have together? I'm excited to see who is joining me! Will it be you? X🥰
