End of Year Business Reflection - Day 2 of 3:
As a business owner, you have a lot of things going on.
You have a budget to manage, customers to deal with, products to create/deliver, services to render and so much more.
If you’re like most business owners, you probably don’t have time to do everything yourself. That’s why it’s so important to use Systems in your business—because they help you to focus on what really matters.
Systems help you to prioritise tasks, manage projects, and save time and money.
There are 3 Key Systems that every 6-figure business need.
1. Discovery System:
How easy is it for your future clients to find you? (More importantly, are you appearing on their radar so they know who you are and what you do.)
2. Relationship System:
How are you building trust with your future clients, maintaining contact with them and becoming the "go-to" expert to help them?
3. Sales System:
Do you have a well-thought-out sales system and protocol to handle sales, follow-ups and customer support?
If you feel like Your Business hasn't lived up to your expectations in 2022, chances are one or more of these Systems are lacking.
The end of the year is a good opportunity to take a look at Your Business, and identify each of those areas where implementing Systems will really help accelerate Your Business into 2023.
