Every creative on our team spends 20% of their time crafting and executing their own projects at our dedicated innovation office, ThinkDo. It’s here we experiment with new technologies and learn the process of forming big ideas and bringing them to life. Our culture is the other value that unites everyone on our team and makes Orange Digital so special. Our famously thorough interview and screening process ensures that anyone you speak to at Orange is friendly, helpful and highly-skilled. We love being in a relaxed environment while letting our work show the professionalism. Our office is located in a puke-free part of Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, within walking distance of the train station. With high ceilings, three boardrooms, a photography studio, a fully-staffed kitchen and all the games you can imagine, we chose this spot because it represents our level of commitment to this business – we’re here to stay, and we're constantly improving. Each week, someone in our team takes a turn running Orange Up, presenting something they genuinely care about. Sometimes it’s a new process, a tech discovery, or a recent trip. This week was something a bit special 🧡

Designer Daniel brought a piece of home with him 🇰🇷, talking us through kimbap and how it reminds him of the Orange team. Different ingredients, different flavours, all layered together to create something that just works. It’s not about being the same, it’s about how everything comes together.

Then we gave it a go ourselves 🍙 Rolling, slicing, slightly uneven, a little chaotic, but all part of the fun. Everyone getting involved and figuring it out as we went.

A simple, sweet reminder that it’s the mix of people and perspectives that makes a team work 🧡✨

From game day hype to snack time promos, each post is designed to feel energetic, playful and instantly recognisable.

Buster shows up across different moments, bringing personality, movement and a sense of fun to every piece.

The goal is simple: stay consistent, without ever feeling repetitive.

Each post feels fresh, while still unmistakably Buffalo.

The team dedicated a full day to step back from delivery and rethink how we work and focus on, not just how fast we can move, but how well we can build.

A big focus has been exploring new, cutting-edge ways to support the way we design, develop, and validate our work. Reducing friction between design and development, surfacing issues earlier, and creating a more seamless path from concept to build.

From more streamlined workflows, to faster and more consistent delivery, to embedding WCAG accessibility into the process from the start, the goal is simple:
better outcomes, not just quicker ones.
