And it’s the same for beloved brands because they take away their customer’s pain by making things simple and convenient ❤️

When we remember that

📞 A phone call fixes problems much quicker than an email chain

👋 Asking our customer how they prefer their product or service to be delivered will delight them

✅ Doing our job right the first time will make our customer’s life easier

we become the brand that does the small things that show love 🥰

And we can be the brand our customers love ❤️
