We had the pleasure of art directing and styling a shoot for the lovingly refurbished ‘The Bolt Inn’ in Uralla.

Our creative team was a dream combination of talent: Justin North from Concept Hospitality, who has crafted an exceptional new menu for the venue, and leading food and lifestyle photographer Dominique Cherry.

Here’s a little highlight reel from some past work of the prestigious 2017 Hunter Valley Legends Awards.

We invited some of Australia’s leading wine journalists to the Hunter for the Award ceremony. As part of this, our guests were treated to a very special vertical tasting; 10 years of Braemore Semillon with winemaker, Andrew Thomas from .

Alongside a regional tasting of Shiraz and Semillon, and alternate varieties from Hunter producers in the winery at .

The day ended with a relaxed lunch with past ‘Hunter Valley Legends’ and Hunter wines (of course!) at Muse Kitchen. 📸

A perfect soiree at Printhie Wines is coming this October 🍷

 will be joining the team at to craft a special four-course French inspired dinner on Saturday 26 October as part of the  Wine Festival.

This event will showcase Justin’s exceptional french cuisine skills accompanied by a stellar selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Printhie Winemaker Drew Tuckwell has meticulously curated a line-up of wines for the night, featuring not only Printhie’s finest but also some stand out international additions.

Each of the four courses will be served with two wines. During the evening you will hear from Justin and Drew about the curated menu and wine matchings. Justin will team up with Printhie Dining’s Head Chef, Chris Lees, to deliver this french inspired dinner in Orange.
