If you’re seeing this, it means Manus AI’s automation feature did the heavy lifting and uploaded this for me. I edit videos in CapCut, export them to a Google Drive folder, and the automation scans that folder, recognizes new uploads, drafts captions using my frameworks, and sends me an approval request.

All I have to do is hit one button to schedule and publish. This saves me from logging into Instagram or Business Suite every day to post and write captions.

The fastest I’ve ever taken a client from onboarding to their first leads is about 24 hours.

It was a brand new mechanic shop specialising in European vehicles, and since my schedule was pretty free at the time, I told him we’d run it up straight away.

As soon as he signed up I got straight into scripting his ads, met him the very next day to film everything, had it all edited that same day and got the ads live.

The next morning he sent me a voice note letting me know the leads had started coming in.

A lot of agencies have a drawn-out onboarding process that somehow takes one to two weeks.

I keep it simple by sending my clients a link where they give me everything I need to start scripting and coming up with ad ideas, then we get it all filmed and edited and start seeing leads soon after.

This isn’t a one-off either.

Quite a few of my clients have told me it took them weeks just to get onboarded with their previous agency, and working together we’ve been able to generate leads within the first 24 hours of their ads going live.

Growing your business without relying on word of mouth shouldn’t mean waiting around for weeks just to get started.

Growing a business is hard enough, so why not make it harder by handing your Facebook ads over to a traditional agency?

It usually goes something like this.

You sit on an hour-long sales call nodding along because they’re telling you everything you want to hear, then a $3K invoice lands in your inbox while you work through their one to two week onboarding process.

Three weeks and three follow-up emails later, they finally launch some AI slop ads, and after another 30 days you’ve got one lead to show for it, which turns out to be poor Dorothy down the road who didn’t even realise she filled out the form.

Running Meta ads successfully in 2026 isn’t about knowing which buttons to press anymore, that was so 2017.

These days it comes down to scripting ads that actually reach the right customers and convince them you’re the authority in your industry.

Could this actually work? or is this a flop?

If you're in e-commerce, you've probably come across Trybe by now. They're changing the way UGC works by letting creators partner with brands and earn 10% commission on the revenue their ads generate, instead of the usual retainer or one-off payment.

So I started thinking about how a service-based business could run the same play, and my answer was to skip the influencers and look at your own team instead.

Say you run a garden maintenance business with 10 operators. You put a challenge out to the crew to make one or two ads each, and whoever's ad brings in the most leads that month takes home a $1,000 or $2,000 cash bonus. Now you've got 10 people working on their own ad concepts, all motivated to create something that actually converts.

Added benefit: Your team become familiar faces, so when they rock up on site your customers already feel like they know and trust them before a word is said.
