Seeing my research papers and academic posters showcased on an international stage has been an incredible experience — one filled with meaningful conversations, genuine interest, insightful questions, and valuable new professional connections.

My current research explores Digital Communities as AI-enabled Innovation Ecosystems, focusing on how Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way people connect, collaborate, learn, and co-create value within online communities. In my PPP Growth Theory, there are 3 dimensions you must develop together:

Your brand holds power — but only if you communicate it clearly.

Too many entrepreneurs focus on selling before they’ve clearly expressed their value and purpose. And that’s exactly where things break.
