Today, we celebrate a milestone that very few creatives ever reach.

Twenty years ago, Jamie Webster joined Xavier Advertising. Two decades on, he remains the creative heartbeat of this agency.

Jamie’s commitment, work ethic and standards have never wavered. He shows up every day with the same hunger, curiosity and discipline, constantly pushing himself and the work forward. In an industry that never stands still, his ability to keep producing strong, relevant and effective creative is no small achievement. It is earned through experience, judgement and a genuine love of the craft.

Anyone who knows Jamie also knows he is a Formula One tragic. So it felt entirely fitting that we marked this occasion with a Formula 1 Tag Heuer, just before he heads off on his annual Formula One pilgrimage to Melbourne and later in the year to Singapore. A small gesture, but one that reflects his passion, precision and pace.

Jamie, thank you for twenty years of outstanding service, loyalty and creative leadership. We are grateful for everything you have given this agency and the clients we serve.

We look forward to celebrating your 30th anniversary in the not too distant future.

Just wrapped up an inspiring few days at the 2025 Brisbane Truck Show, held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre — the Southern Hemisphere’s largest and most significant transport industry event.

We were there with Hino, one of our major clients, showcasing the latest in cutting-edge innovation, including the reliable Hino Hybrid Electric and the Hino EV. Proud to say that our team at Xavier Advertising delivered all the creative work for the Hino stand.

This was our 6th Brisbane Truck Show, and once again it was a fantastic opportunity to see the best the industry has to offer — from new trucks and trailers to breakthrough technology and future-focused solutions.

A huge thank you to my incredible team for turning around a massive task in record time. The stand we created was bold, memorable, and something we’re truly proud of. And to Hino Australia, thank you for trusting us once again with this important project.
