Thank you for the incredibly kind words and support. It has been heartwarming and is greatly appreciated.

We also appreciate your questions and concerns. Please understand that the timing of liquidation is unpredictable as it involves external factors. The process is also defined by complex rules.

Momento's founders are no longer responsible for business decisions but we can confirm that:
+ customers with existing orders and valid gift vouchers should contact the liquidators on [email protected]
+ no more orders will be produced or dispatched
+ no files can be supplied
+ your personal data and project files will be securely deleted

We sincerely apologise for any upset or inconvenience this creates. It was never our intention.

We also understand your need to find a new photo book supplier. We do too! A good starting point is the 2021 CHOICE Photo Book Service Review, and in coming days we'll post a larger list of potential options.

It was with a heavy heart that, after 20 years of printing photos and forming friendships in the ANZ photo community, we closed our doors on Friday 17 May.

Despite every effort to keep the business alive, economic conditions of the last few years sealed our fate.

If you have a current order or outstanding business with Momento, please contact PKF Liquidators on [email protected].

We sincerely appreciate the support you showed us along the way, and loved helping you preserve your photo memories.

While we will no longer be around, our books will stand the test of time, and this gives us much comfort. Our parting wish is that you continue to treasure and print your photos, and to support local and small businesses wherever you can.
