Most tradies rock up to a site visit and treat it like an inspection. Look at the job, take some measurements, send a number.

That's exactly what the other four blokes did. So now you're just another quote on the kitchen table — and the only thing left to compare is price.

Part 3/3 — We could've had 100,000 clients. We said no. 🍈

We could've signed 100,000 tradies in our first year. Easy. Just pump leads and take the money.

But picture it — 100,000 blokes with a phone full of leads and no clue how to close them. Every one of them saying the same thing: "Rockmelon didn't help me. The leads were s*t. They were all tyre kickers."*

The truth? The leads were fine. They just never asked for the sale.

That's why we've got 50 clients instead of 100,000. And why ours close at 30%.

Part 2/3 — Why every agency just sells you leads. 👀

Nobody tells you this: the average close rate on Meta is 2%. So agencies pump you leads, leads, leads — because they know you're not going to stick around anyway. It's a churn and burn game.



So we did the harder thing. We taught our tradies how to actually sell, how to talk, how to run a site visit.

Our blokes now close at 30%.
