Previously listed with no result. So we changed the approach.

For this home, daylight was the clear choice. We refreshed the campaign with new photography, updated the hero imagery, refined the styling and added drone to create a brighter, more inviting presentation.
Working closely with the owners and listing agent Miranda Cheang from Ray White Rochedale, the goal was simple: make the property feel as good as it actually was.

The result? Sold in 2 days for $1,330,000.
