A little BTS for our Derringers Music collaboration - we screen printed AS Colour stone wash tees using two custom mixed ink colours to perfectly match their branding — a rich brown and an off-white. Rather than settling for an off-the-shelf ink, we colour matched their brand colours to ensure every shirt feels unmistakably Derringers.

Pantone colour matching using screen printing is a small detail that can make a huge difference. Consistent brand colours help create stronger recognition, a more professional appearance, and a uniform or merchandise that truly represents your business every time it’s worn. 🎨

We’re a small, family-owned embroidery and screen printing business looking for a reliable, hands-on Assistant for our Screen Printing & Dark Room team to join us.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow within the screen printing industry.

🕒 Flexible hours available (for school pick and/or drop off)
• 25-30+ hours per week
• Option of 3 full days or 4 shorter days
• Flexible working days

✨ About the Role:
• Reclaiming screens by scrubbing and washing them out with a high-pressure hose to remove emulsion and ink (full training provided)
• Mixing ink colours using our Pantone colour mixing system
• Exposing artwork onto screens and washing them out to prepare for printing (full training provided)
• Cleaning squeegees and blades using our Shurloc machine (making the process easier than cleaning by hand)
• Emulsifying screens using our Vastex clamp system (designed to make the process easier and more efficient)
• Taping screens to prepare them for printing
• Unloading and reloading screens from our ROQ screen printing machine (training provided)
• Folding finished screen printed and embroidered garments

💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail (especially when reclaiming screens)
• Reliable and organised
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous screen printing or dark room experience is a bonus, but not essential

We’re a small, family-owned embroidery and screen printing business looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Embroidery Assistant to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow within the embroidery industry.

🕒 Flexible hours available (ideal for school hours)
• 15–25 hours per week
• Option of 2 full days or 3–4 shorter days
• Flexible working days

✨ About the Role:
• Counting and receiving incoming stock
• Hooping garments and assisting with our Barudan embroidery machines (full training provided)
• Checking stock into our internal system
• Preparing garments for production (removing packaging & tags)
• Folding finished screen printed and embroidered garments
• Cutting backing from embroidered items and finishing garments
• Performing final quality checks before dispatch
• Packing and preparing orders for shipping
• Updating production and shipping details in our system

💡 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail (especially with counting stock)
• Reliable and organised
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Previous embroidery experience is a bonus, but not essential

This job was all about using the right decoration method on the right area of the garment.

Fresh workwear upgrade for ✅

This job features screen printing + embroidery for a finish that’s built to last.�Unlike some heat press transfers, screen printing won’t fade, crack or peel, and keeps colours looking bright and sharp on the job 🏆

⁉️ A common question we get asked is how much brighter is screen printing? It’s mainly the white and blacks. The white comes out an off white and the black looks like a charcoal.

Using our Pantone colour mixing system we mixed their green colour to match their logo. We then order in a custom thread for embroidery so every garment stays perfectly on brand.
