Here's how we help the Bounce Audio legends turn their business into a new-customer flywheel.

When we first spoke to Johan and his team about helping out, their Google Ads had slowed down, their website was crashing, and the market had stalled. So we rebuilt the whole foundation.

Here's what we did:

→ Brand positioning: a workshop to find what already makes Bounce unique
→ Shopify: one store, two checkout flows, shop and hire
→ Booqable: integrated online rental software to Shopify
→ SEO: full migration off WordPress, plus optimised for AI search
→ Google Ads: proper conversion tracking, so every dollar was measurable

The result over six months:

→ 51% of hire revenue attributed to brand new customers.
→ Top 3 Google ranking terms up from 33 to 133.
→ A new customer MER of 7x.

Most people look at the ad when performance drops. The problem is usually further down.

Ads are part of a system: ads > landing page > website > offer.

Every step has to line up, and the same goes for SEO: when your SEO and your Google Ads are working in tandem, the results compound.

Google Ads or SEO? People confuse these all the time, and I get it.

SEO, AEO, GEO, AI search... call it what you want. In 2026, you want to show up everywhere someone searches for your product, service or event.

Done properly, SEO compounds, and it is a powerful lever for your business. But many people aren't patient enough and just burn money wastefully in Google Ads.

Google Ads is rented space. Stop paying, and you disappear.

SEO is an asset you're building. Both have a role, but some businesses mix them up in ways that waste money.

The most common mistake I see: running Google Ads on keywords you're already ranking for. Or bidding on your own brand name.

You're paying for traffic you were going to get anyway.

The smarter play is using Google Ads to cover the gaps while you build your organic presence. As your SEO climbs, you can pull back spend or allocate it to other opportunities.

Comment "Covers" and we'll send you our restaurant ads playbook.

If you're boosting flyers for views or running the same content for months, you're burning money 🔥💰

In the last year, we achieved 1,370 bookings at approx $14 per booking for our restaurant clients and here are the first 5 things we would do to get bookings coming in:

( #2 and #4 are non-negotiable)

#1
Set the ad account up properly. Load in all your custom audiences so the account knows who your existing customers are and what your new ones look like.

#2
Set up your tracking and make sure your ads objective is for bookings. This might be the single most important one. If your ads are optimised for video views or profile follows, Meta sends them to people who love watching food videos but may have no interest in booking.

#3
For quick results, check your organic content for what's usable in ads. You've probably spent a lot of money on good content that's sitting on the grid gathering dust. Your best content will most likely work in paid.

#4
Map a creative strategy around your customers and the outcomes you want. Couples on date night, groups celebrating, corporate functions. To win new customers, your creative needs to speak to that person. A flyer only speaks to people who already know you.
This is the secret to standing out online.

#5
Adjust the ad scheduling. With so many people booking last minute, there's no point pouring spend into Saturday and Sunday if you're already busy. Shift the budget to the quieter days when people are making decisions.
