Did you know? Every time you register or renew the registration of an Australian website domain (eg .com.au), you require a valid ABN to ensure the domain registrant is a legitimate Australian entity. This builds trust with and protects website users, your potential new customers!

If you have a website already and your ABN has lapsed, is cancelled or altered, or if the name of the ABN holder is changed, you should contact your website provider before the domain renewal date. This will prevent disappointment when the renewal fails.
