My cousin asked me on the weekend, "what is it you actually do?"
About 10 minutes later I was talking to his sister about their Shopify store.
We spoke about offering discounts when visitors sign up to a Subscribe form. What's this do? Well it captures their email address right. New drops, sales, any marketing. You have their email and their consent to contact them. This is pure gold.
Meta pixel. Running ads? You need to set up the a pixel. Have you ever looked up something you've wanted to buy before and then been hit with their ads everywhere? Yea, that's pixel. A buyer needs to see your brand 8 times before they commit.
Abandoned cart emails. Someone has gone alllll the way to adding your items into their cart but hasn't converted? Easy, send them an abandoned cart email. Give them 5% off. Link them to your subscribe form. They were close, we just need to sweeten the deal.
