The Social Coach Australia Custom Content Creation And Engagement For Small Business And whether you like it or not, social media and marketing are one of the ways to make that happen.

The Social Coach for business, helping business owners get the right message to the right people at the right time online. We all know that social media and marketing are essential in business these days, from getting more people to talk to, to positioning and brand awareness, we all have different goals and the team at The Social Coach are here to help. Whether you have been around for a while, a

nd marketing is not your thing, or you are a newer business where you wear all the hats in growing your business, the aim is the same…getting a bigger, better consistent cash flow. The Social Coach can help in a couple of ways… the first is with our signature ‘Work With You’ program, where we get you set up right on brand, create all the content and run your social media like a well-oiled machine. As the owner, you have literally three to five hours a month of work to do, our team takes care of the rest. The one thing we do differently compared to other marketing agencies is in addition to doing all the work, we teach you what we do, and we provide your team complete access to our training and courses so that you can eventually manage it all ‘in house’…if you want to of course. If your business is not ready for the ‘work with you program’, we offer a ‘KickStart’ program where we teach, guide and support you as you learn the art of social media. KickStart includes templates, checklists, and all the things to do the work yourself, and takes around 6 months to complete, with live training, hot seats and group calls with Bron. It’s your choice, we help you make it happen and can customise it to suit your needs. We look forward to you meeting you! The Social Coach

For years we’ve been told that the secret to success online is posting daily.

But what if the constant pressure to “show up” is actually the reason so many of us stop?

Real consistency isn’t about frequency; it’s about rhythm.

One powerful, intentional post each week can create more connection than seven rushed ones.

When every post has a purpose, you’ll build trust faster than you’ll build fatigue.

Next week inside *Everyday Matters* we’re unpacking what sustainable marketing really looks like — and how to protect your creativity while still growing your visibility.

What would change for you if you posted less, but with more meaning?

We talk a lot about being “different” in marketing, but the real power lies in being recognised.

Because resonance isn’t about originality — it’s about accuracy.

Does your message match what your ideal customer already believes, feels, or fears?

Does it reflect their experiences in a way that makes them feel seen?

Does it speak in their language, not yours?

When resonance is present, content works.

When it’s missing, nothing lands — no matter how consistent you are.

I used to think growth meant more.

More followers. More reach. More of everything.

But the longer I’ve been in business, the more I’ve learned: Bigger isn’t always better — especially online.

Most small business owners don’t need 10,000 followers, although I am sure we wish we did...and more!

With that said, they need 100 humans who actually care.

The ones who comment.
The ones who refer.
The ones who trust you because you’ve shown up consistently.

And don't forget, there are many people out there who are ghosts, they see your stuff, they watch your videos, they read everyone else's comments...and never engage...ever!

The trick is to think only of the people that matter, that ideal customer, the one you would love to hang out with in your back yard at a BBQ.

Success is not always about the followers, or the popularity vote, it's about the relationship depth.

I will be deep diving into this very topic on 'Everyday Matters', where we will be diving into why small audiences can create massive impact — when nurtured with consistency and intention.

Let’s build something real.

💬 How many people genuinely engage with you right now — and what if you showed up just for them?

The best ideas rarely arrive when you’re staring at your laptop.

They show up when you slow down.

This week reminded me that rest is not the opposite of productivity — it’s the foundation of it.

In our work with clients, the businesses that take time to review and recharge consistently outperform those that chase every trend.

If you’ve been pushing hard, take this as your permission slip to stop for an hour today.

Walk, breathe, or simply do nothing.

Your clarity will thank you.

Then, when you’re ready, catch the full episode where I discuss this very topic on 'Everyday Matters' episode about finding consistency without burnout.

What’s more exhausting — posting or planning?

For most business owners I work with, it’s not the lack of content that causes stress.

It’s the pressure to do it perfectly — to post consistently, show up everywhere, and plan months ahead with no room to breathe.

But here’s the truth:
Consistency doesn’t come from having it all mapped out.
It comes from having a rhythm that fits your life and actually feels doable.

Posting feels heavy when your content has no anchor.
Planning feels impossible when you’re already overwhelmed.

So instead of asking “What should I post?”
Try asking:
👉 “How do I want people to feel after seeing this?”
👉 “What do I want to be known for?”

Start there. Then build backward.

Keep an eye out for my latest episode of Everyday Matters, I’m sharing how I rebuilt my own rhythm — after burnout, cancer, chaos, after I almost walked away.

Recently I batched a bunch of videos, yep, same sunnies, same hat, same background. It’s not fancy. I’m not changing outfits or pretending I’m filming from six different places.

Why? Because I was on holidays in Far North QLD. And I wanted to get some content done. That’s it.

Could I have made it look more polished? Sure.

Could I have followed the trends and changed locations or used AI to generate the perfect backdrop? Absolutely.

But honestly? I’m here to show up, not show off.

So, if you have seen a few videos with the same blue hat and poolside vibes… just know, they were made with love, consistency, and a dash of Gen X rebellion.

Let this be your permission slip to just press record, wherever you are, however, you are.

As we wrap up 2025 with glitter, gratitude and a French martini or two, we wanted to send a BIG festive thank you!

To our clients, our BNI fam, and our amazing community, you’ve made this year one to remember.

Whether we’ve shared strategy sessions, cheeky GIFs, or a cuppa and a good chat, your support means the world.

We’ve laughed, learned, and about to launch big things...and occasionally cried over technology when it fails (just us?), but it’s all been worth it because of YOU.

So, from all of us - Bron, Linda, Tennille, Andrea and Emma...we’re raising a glass (and probably a pavlova fork) to you.

May your Christmas be sparkly, your break be restful, and your New Year be full of possibility, purpose, and people who cheer you on as loudly as we do.

Catch you in 2026, refreshed, re-energised, and ready to kick marketing goals together!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
With love,
The Social Coach Team

Will future generations still turn the pages of a good book? Or will AI do all the heavy lifting?

As we stand in spaces filled with knowledge, experience, and untold stories, it’s hard not to wonder… what happens when AI can answer every question with a few keystrokes?

Will people stop reading? Will they stop exploring the long way around?

I hope not.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of a book in your hands, the texture of the pages, the weight of the story, the quiet pause it brings.

I can thank my mum for that love. And I hope my kids have grown up loving it too.

In a world where tech moves fast, let’s not forget the magic of slow thinking, of deep reading, of asking the big questions ourselves.

What do you think? Will books still matter in the age of AI?

19/12/2025

I’ve ALWAYS loved shopping for books and stationery, but I have just as much fun shopping for business tools.

Must say, I still love a walk around Office Works, does anyone else go in for oner thing, and come out with five? Lol

Last three tools I bought:
🔧 Riverside for recording my new podcast, I absolutely love this one, the AI within the tool is so good!
🔧 DJI Osmo 3 for recording and creating super cool reels for our clients. The team are better at it than me.
🔧 Planner for...well, I just love a good yearly planner, even though I suck at using it at times.

Nothing like writing with your favourite pen ( or pencil for me), it actually does good things in your brain when it comes to learning and memory recall, the research backs me up.

They make my life easier and be more efficient while helping our clients, which is our no. ☝️ priority.

What’s your favourite tool you use for work?

17/12/2025

The goal of marketing isn’t just to go viral. It’s to stay valuable.

Every piece of content should help someone think, feel, or act differently.

The algorithm doesn’t build communities,'people' do.

This week reminded me that visibility without connection is just noise.

When you post as the real deal and consistency, the algorithm simply follows your audience’s lead.

So, if you want more reach, start by reaching people.

How will you make your content more human next week? Hint: Stop selling!

14/12/2025

Most business owners don’t have a creativity problem — they have an energy problem.

You can have the best strategy in the world, but if you’re exhausted, you’ll never see its full potential.

This week we’re asking: what’s really burning you out in marketing right now?

Coming up with new ideas, or finding the time to do them?

Vote in the poll and tell us where the pressure shows up most.

Your answers will shape one of our upcoming episodes on 'Everyday Matters', what do you think?
